The DC Comics Collected Editions and Graphic Novels Library version 3.0 (the "Product") DC Comics Retailer End User License Agreement

Important – Before using this product, read carefully this license agreement and limited warrant. By installing or using the product you accept the terms of this license with DC Comics ("DC").

Limited Use License: DC Grants you the right to use one copy of the Product for promotional use only as more fully described herein. This License and the restrictions herein cover both the computer programs and electronic content files in this Product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DC or it’s suppliers. This license does not constitute a sale and does not authorize a sale of the Product or anything created thereby.

Rights Licensed: You may reproduce still image and text files from the Product: (1) on any Web site operated by or on your behalf promoting the sale of the DC publications to which such files refer: and (2) in print form in newsletters and other promotional materials promoting the sale of the publications to which such files refer, provided no alteration are made to the respective still image or text files (except color images may be reproduced in black and white) and provided all copyright or other notices included with such files are kept intact.

Restriction on rights: You may not: (1) reproduce animation or sound files from the product, if any: 92) reproduce any still image or text file from the Product on or in any publication or product to be sold to the public or to be given away as a premium; (3) reproduce the Product for sale or distribution to third parties; (4) rent, lease, license, sell or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party without DC’s prior written consent; or (5) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or translate the Product in whole or in part other than as may be necessary to use still image and text files as permitted under the License.

No Warranties: DC, Its parent companies, and its suppliers, if any, disclaim all warranties with respect to this product either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitations on Damages: In no event shall DC, its parent companies, or its suppliers, if any, be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Rights Ownership: As between DC and you, all rights including all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights now or hereafter existing in all files and materials contained in this Product, including, without limitation , text, artwork, video, graphics, logos, titles, photographs, sound recordings, and software, are the sole and exclusive property of DC or its grantors or suppliers.
